GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

Members details are stored on a password protected computer database or a secure internet database for LLU3A Administration purposes and are treated as strictly confidential.

Email addresses and telephone numbers will be used solely by the LLU3A Committee on a "need to know" basis to contact members, and will not be passed on to any third party without the Members agreement.

However, addresses will be used for correspondence, and will be passed to our printer for posting of our quarterly newsletter and to the Third Age Trust for posting of Third Age Matters.
